- If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you don’t require the item then you must return the order within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item(s) must be unopened, unused and in a resellable condition. Once received we can issue a refund or an exchange. (Distance Selling Regulations 2010)
- If the item purchased is personalised, returns are not accepted. Only items that are faulty or damaged on delivery are eligible for return.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the full postage cost to return any unwanted items. When a refund is requested, this will take place within 7 days of receiving the returned order. A full refund minus any shipping charges paid will be issued by the same payment method as the initial order.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returned items. CraftyShedShop cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received unless proof of postage can be provided.
If a Product is Faulty
If an item is faulty and you report the problem to us within 30 days from the original order date, The item(s) can be returned for a repair, replacement or refund. When a refund is requested, the full cost of the order including any initial paid delivery options will be issued withinin 7 days. Please contact us before returning any item so we know to expect it.
If your goods are damaged
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We may ask for you to produce an image of the item/packaging, once the image recieved we will arrange for a replacement or refundwithin 7 days, whichever you prefer.
How to return your item(s):Just make sure your items are:
- in their original condition
- in the original packaging
- and include order details
RETURNING ORDERS – STEP BY STEPJust make sure your items are:
- Have your order paperwork handy
- Pack your item(s) and paperwork, attach an address label with our returns address on and send back to us
- A refund will be applied to the paypal/debit/credit card used to pay once we’ve processed it.
We are only able to exchange an item (unless agreed refund) for the same product style. If you would like to exchange for a different style, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund, and place a new order for your desired item(s). This will ensure you receive your new item(s) quickly.
